The facility’s interior is divided into two primary areas, which together accommodate a wide range of operations. The office component comprises more than 15,000 square feet of space, designed to foster collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being. The remaining 784,000+ square feet is dedicated to warehouse space, which will be utilized to store and manage the tenant’s vast inventory of electronics, appliances, and related products.
