Rooms To Go, America’s largest independent furniture retailer, has approximately 150 Rooms To Go and Rooms To Go Kids retail centers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Puerto Rico. Their newest store will be a 34,888 SF showroom on I-35W in Northwest Fort Worth. Construction will begin in late May 2009 and is expected to be finished by December 2009.

Bob Moore Construction was selected to be the general contractor for this project following a competitive bidding process. Casco, out of St. Louis MO, was the architect.

“The Rooms To Go Showroom was a great opportunity for us in many respects,” said Phillip Bell, CEO of Bob Moore Construction. “We were excited to work with Rooms To Go here in Fort Worth, in conjunction with the distribution center project in the Houston area. It’s a measure of the trust we earned that Rooms To Go has selected us for three separate projects through separate competitive bids, and we certainly appreciate their trust.”
