Lincoln Property Company called on General Contractor Bob Moore Construction to deliver Legacy VI and VII, a 24-acre, three-building campus that showcases 245,508 of new high end, speculative office and flex-tech space in Plano, Texas, just north of Dallas in the DFW Metroplex.

Legacy VI includes two flex-tech buildings; each building is 60,428 SF. The buildings include aluminum awnings and a dramatic white exterior paint scheme. Luxurious landscaping will surround the buildings, and the walkways to the entrances feature a textured salt finish with curved radius patterns.

Legacy VII is a 124,652 SF two-story office building. Like the two buildings in Legacy VI, the exterior of Legacy VII is finished with a white paint finish and textured salt walkways. The building’s corners include large spandrel glass curtainwall windows. The lobby is finished with glass, steel, wood and tile to create a dramatic, modern design to the building’s common areas. Two grand entrances also feature large spandrel glass curtainwall windows covered by aluminum awnings. A grand stairway made with steel steps protruding from a tiled wall leads visitors to the second floor balcony which overlooks the front entrance. The building includees two elevators.

Bob Moore Construction preceded this project with the Legacy III flex / tech buildings and the Legacy IV flex / tech buildings, which added a combined 297,700 SF of new flex-tech space to Plano for Lincoln Property Company.
