Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of commercial, industrial, multifamily, and interior construction projects. This role is on site during all work activities, using their experience, research, and networking with other company staff to ensure the job meets or exceeds client expectations.

The Superintendent will maintain communication, hold daily safety meetings and weekly subcontractor meetings, communicate items such as change orders, schedules, and back charges with the Project Manager, and address trade partner issues early to improve the desired outcome. This position will create and adhere to a well-planned 3-week schedule, while also ensuring quality with tasks like maintaining a quality deficiency list. They help the job stay on budget, by effectively managing cost expenditures and maintaining logs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily safety meetings & weekly subcontractor meetings
  • Project scheduling & coordination
  • Project quality control and quality assurance
  • All Project Safety Requirements
  • Field records, reports, and documentation
  • Supervise Assistant Assistant Superintendents, Laborers, and other team members as needed.

Minimum Qualification

  • 5 to 8+ years of recent experience in ground-up commercial and industrial construction
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction from an accredited University
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Procore, and MS Project

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of commercial, industrial, multifamily, and interior construction projects. This includes managing project costs to ensure completion within budget, creating project schedules with critical path steps, and meeting deadlines.
Your primary responsibilities will include overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, providing technical direction, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will also lead and develop project staff while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee high volume of $5M+ and 25,000+ sq. ft. ground-up construction projects in commercial and industrial sectors
  • Conduct project pre-planning, including strategy-focused status meetings
  • Manage the entire construction process
  • Supervise Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Administrative Professionals, and other team members as needed

Minimum Qualification
