TTI, Inc. has asked Arlington based General Contractor Bob Moore Construction to return to build an expansion to their Fort Worth distribution facility three years after the buildings completion. Prior to building the 696,000 distribution center for TTI, Inc. in 2018, Bob Moore Construction had built multiple commercial and industrial facilities in Fort Worth’s Mercantile Center, where the distribution center is located, as well as multiple expansions for TTI’s subsidiary company Mouser Electronics in Mansfield, Texas.
Pre-Construction for the 165,000 square-foot expansion was on a fast-tracked schedule, with a total of 41 days elapsing from bid submission to groundbreaking. Construction began in late July and is expected to reach completion in Spring 2021.
