ARLINGTON, TEXAS – March 13, 2014 – Flooring Services, Inc. is a family of companies (including Flooring Services, FS Blinds, IBS Lighting, Stone Resources, Design Gallery, and Premier Stair and Door) that has delivered quality flooring and interior building products in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana since 1983. By 2013 Flooring Services’ various businesses were spread out over several buildings and its multiple facilities were reaching their capacities to meet the company’s growth needs.
On March 7, 2014 Flooring Services held a ground breaking ceremony for an exciting new two-building complex. The two buildings, built with tilt-up construction, will include more than 421,000 SF of commercial space along SH 121 in Lewisville, Texas. Building A includes 204,350 SF of warehouse space, 57,688 SF of corporate offices and a 54,350 SF master showroom. Building B will provide 105,004 SF of manufacturing space for Flooring Services’ hard surface products.
The new complex will bring all of Flooring Services’ businesses for north Texas into one location, with room for future growth.
Bob Moore Construction is the general contractor and Pross Design Group in Dallas, TX is the architect for the Flooring Services project.

We anticipate that the new buildings will provide an outstanding new home for the Flooring Services companies and offer dramatic visual appeal to the business community along SH 121. ”
The Flooring Services project is expected to be completed first quarter, 2015.
