The leading trade organization in the industry for tilt-up construction is the Tilt-up Concrete Association. Founded in 1986 by a group of construction companies, professionals and manufacturers, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association works to expand and improve the use of Tilt-Up as construction companies' preferred method for commercial concrete construction.
Specifically, the TCA performs the following functions:

Commercial Construction Company Bob Moore Construction and TCA
General contractor Bob Moore Construction has been one of the most active commercial construction companies in Texas in TCA for many years.
In 2009 Ed McGuire, Vice President of Construction for Commercial construction company Bob Moore Construction, was named Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the TCA. In 2008 he served as Secretary for the Board of Directors, and prior to that he had worked on various technical committees for the organization.
Dino Sideris, Safety Director for Commercial construction company Bob Moore Construction, was a member of the Safety Board for the TCA, where he supported construction safety initiatives on a national level.
